Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) offers a fun, exciting way to motivate children in discovering the all-important truths in God's Word. Children work together on teams to learn and understand over 500 questions and answers related to the Bible. Our church has both first-year and experienced JBQ teams who, beginning in October, travel to quiz meets in order to compete with area churches. Meets typically take place once per month throughout the school year.

"Junior Church" is a worship service geared just for kids! Much like the Adult worship services "Junior Church" is a large group setting with singing, teaching & prayer.
During our Sunday 10:30 a.m. service we have separated our Junior Churches into three services that are geared specifically with your child's age group in mind.
Preschool Junior Church meets from 11:00-11:30 a.m. in Room 225. The children start their day and end their day in a classroom for snack, craft and playtime. As a group they travel to Room 225 and enjoy singing, puppets, Bible stories and character building lessons.
K-2nd Grade Junior Church meets in the Chapel. The children are introduced to independent Bible reading, altar time and deeper Christian character building lessons. This Junior Church offers Bible Bucks as rewards for accomplishments and those can be used monthly at the K-2nd Junior Church store.
3rd-5th Grade Junior Church meets in the Auditorium. The children are challenged to strengthen their relationship with God through times of worship and prayer. We tackle some tough issues and try to give the kids the tools they need to maintain Christian integrity. This Junior Church has a full live band to lead the children in times of praise and worship! This room also has a "rec center" for the children to use during down time, which allows the children time to build friendships. When: 10:30 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. Sundays
Mpact is a national program that ministers to girls Kindergarten-5th grade. It is a girl scout-type program where girls participate in activities geared to help them in their Christian growth. This program encourages girls to develop meaningful relationships, minister to others, and develop their talents and potential for Christ. Official Mpact website When do we meet? Royal Rangers is a program that ministers to boys Kindergarten-5th grade. The program is similar to scouting except that it employs adventure as a means of reaching and teaching boys for Christ. The Royal Rangers ministry uses a blend of activities to help in the spiritual, mental, physical and social phases of a boy's development. In addition to the teaching they receive in weekly meetings, the boys participate in various trips and outings throughout the year. This is a place where children can strengthen their spiritual walk. Our Sunday School program ministers to all children 18 months through grade 5. Preschoolers (18 months-5 years old) learn through Bible stories, songs, crafts, coloring, videos and play time. Elementary children (Kindergarten-5th grade) study Bible truths, have art projects, games, stories, puzzles, role playing, scripture memory and life application stories. We provide top quality care for each child. Our nursery is staffed with trained volunteers who have completed a thorough application and background check. But even more importantly, our volunteers are incredible people of God who understand that children are precious treasures, priceless investments, and the future of this church.
