Co-Dependency and Enabling
 
This group is designed to assist adults who struggle with co-dependency or enabling. In this group you will receive tools to build healthy self-esteem, ways to value self and others. Learn to practice spiritual principles that will lead to abundant living and fulfillment in serving others the way God intended.

Resources
For immediate help: 

· Find a counselor or a Recovery group to be a part of.
· Intervention:  When you’ve tried everything, but your loved one who needs help won’t accept it, consider seeking help from a trained professional.
· If someone if your family is violent, threatening to become violent, suicidal or acting in ways that are out-of-control, call 911.  For chronic problems, call your doctor or social services.
