Diet and Lifestyle

Food for Thought will help you understand that food is no longer your enemy, your satisfaction, or your comfort. You will learn to embrace the truths that God has formed you and that you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Resources
For immediate help:

· Find a counselor or a Recovery group to be a part of.
· Intervention:  When you’ve tried everything, but your loved one who needs help won’t accept it, consider seeking help from a trained professional.
· If someone if your family is violent, threatening to become violent, suicidal or acting in ways that are out-of-control, call 911.  For chronic problems, call your doctor or social services.
