Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting the Couch to 5K program, this group is for you! We all need to start somewhere, so grab your girlfriends and join us for a once a month group run.

Mom2Mom (with Mom Mentor: Sue Gilbertson)

Join us the second and fourth Thursday of each month this summer, beginning June 14, at designated parks. Bring the kids, lunch for your family, and a blanket or chair. The kids will have a blast and we will stay connected!

Wrapped in Love (with Sue Strobel)

Wrapped in Love will meet as a LifeGroup for 8 weeks this summer to make quilts and assemble layettes for newborns and their moms at Unity Hospital.
