Collaboration

Just like a Redwood Forest thrives through connected root systems, when we come together in meaningful ways, we can cultivate the correct conditions to thrive as well.

(1 Thessalonians 5:11)

The Great Commission

Evangelism and Discipleship, both locally and globally is from the heart of God, who desires ā€œall people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truthā€(1 Timothy 2:4). The Great Commission compels us to share the full gospel until everyone has heard.

(Matthew 28:19-20)

Generosity and Stewardship

We want our churches to develop believers who are passionate about tithing (obedient giving) and generous giving (above the tithe). People who are excited to resource the Great commission and who prioritize living in financial strength in their personal lives.

(2 Corinthians 9: 6-11)

God Dependent

We lead in a way that allows others to see our faith in the one true, good God. Some of the ways we demonstrate our dependance is by praying, worshiping and expecting the manifest presence of God in our services and everyday lives.

(John 15:5)

Multi-Ethnicity and Multi-Generational

We desire to help build healthy multiethnic and multigenerational churches that are culturally intelligent in order to express God’s love for all people and all ages. We value the development of a new generation of leaders to leave a legacy and continue to build the Kingdom of God.

(Revelations 7:9-10)

Healthy Leadership

When our leadership is healthy, we experience lift in our vision, mission, purpose, priorities, clarity and resilience.

(Romans 12:3-8)
