The Operations Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and
operational functions of Emmanuel Christian Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized,
and passionate about serving Emmanuel’s mission. This role offers opportunities for growth as the right
candidate develops, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in finance, systems, and operations over time.
Responsibilities
Expenses
• Review and process credit card transactions and reimbursement requests.
• Ensure accurate coding, proper attachment of receipts, and adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
• Follow up with staff to obtain missing receipts or documentation as needed.
• Manage the expense submission process for the Director of Operations, including organizing receipts
and preparing transactions for processing.
Reporting
• Generate and distribute key reports related to operations.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
System and Operations Administration
• Provide administrative support for the Square Point of Sale (POS) system, including user support,
basic troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain upstairs office equipment, supplies, and other shared resources.
• Coordinate and schedule operational events and meetings as needed.
• Assist the Operations Team with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Prior experience in administrative, operations, accounting, or office support roles preferred (Experience with expense management
systems, databases, or financial coding is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude, receptive to feedback, and alignment with Emmanuel Church’s mission and values.
• Able to take initiative and solve problems independently.
• Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

The Facilities Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at
Emmanuel Christian Center. This role supports both daily facility upkeep and event-related setup
and teardown, while also assisting with light maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
• Facilities Assistants are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, carpets,
windows, and general surfaces throughout the facility.
• Restock paper products and bathroom supplies and take out trash and recycling daily.
• Help set up and reset rooms for services, meetings, and events.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or fixing door handles and
reporting major repair needs to the Director of Facilities.
• Assist with light outdoor tasks like cleaning entrances and other areas.
• Lock and unlock the building before or after operating hours.
• Follow all safety protocols when using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of Facilities.
Requirements
• Must be able to do basic maintenance tasks like small repairs and use cleaning equipment
safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move around for long periods, and set up or tear down
furniture for events.
• A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• All staff are expected to follow the Emmanuel Staff Code of Conduct and be personally
committed to the mission of Emmanuel Christian Center by making it their home church, where
they actively worship and serve.
